I'm very excited to announce the next guest at StoryAlways: Kieron Gillen. He's a comic writer known for titles like Phonogram, The Wicked + The Divine and DIE, for which he's writing an rpg that we'll be discussing.

DIE is a pitch-black fantasy comic written by Kieron Gillen and illustrated by Stephanie Hans where a group of forty-something adults have to deal with the returning unearthly horror they barely survived as teenage role-players. It has been described as “Goth Jumanji". The RPG will allow you to recreate this experience while creating your own version of the story.

StoryAlways Episode 32: Interview with Liam Ginty and Magnus Thirup Hansen about the #SanJenaroCoop https://youtu.be/9ry85J-kab8

I'm very excited to announce our new guest at StoryAlways: Oli Jeffery. He's a frequent contributor to the Gauntlet Codex and the writer of the bestselling Dungeon World adventure The Foulness That Came to Dunfell Township and the lovecraftesque scenario The Wilder Parts of the Forest. He's now crowdfunding his new game "Quietus".

Quietus is a one shot, prepless RPG of melancholy horror. It's a game for a GM and one or two players, and emulates tragic horror movies like Oculus, The Strangers, The Babadook, Inside and the recent Netflix version of The Haunting of Hill House. If a piece of fiction can make you cry and scream, then it's a great model for the sort of stories that you can tell with Quietus.

StoryAlways Episode 31: Interview with Catherine Ramen about Red Carnations on a Black Grave, her upcoming game about the Paris Commune https://youtu.be/w7CXyFOhCzQ

Going live with Catherine Ramen to talk about about Red Carnations on a Black Grave! link AQUÍ

I'm very happy to announce our new guest at StoryAlways: Catherine Ramen from Aviatrix Games. She's the author of games such as Midnight at the Oasis, Rovers and is soon going to Kickstart her newest game "Red Carnations on a Black Grave":

Red Carnations on a Black Grave is the story of 12 Communards during the time of the legendary Paris Commune, their messy personal lives and their attempts to create a utopia in the face of impending death. How far would you go for what you believe in? Would you stand firm even if it meant your death? Red Carnations on a Black Grave is a card-driven freeform game very much in the spirit of Montsegur: 1244 and Witch: the Road to Lindisfarne.

Here's the StoryAlways interview with Hailey Gordon and Vee Hendro from Storybrewers Roleplaying. We talked about their design process, Good Society and its new expansion. Go watch it! https://youtu.be/EUCXX7H353w

I'm very pleased to announce our next guests at StoryAlways: Hailey Gordon and Vee Hendro from Storybrewers Roleplaying. They are the authors of games such as Alas for the Awful Sea and Good Society. And in particular we'll be discussing an expansion for the latter one that is currently being crowdfunded on an already successful Kickstarter campaign: An Expanded Acquaintance.

For those of you who haven't heard about it, Good Society is a collaborative roleplaying game that seeks to capture the heart, and the countenance, of Jane Austen’s work. It is a game of balls, estates, sly glances, and turns about the garden. At least on the surface. Underneath this, just as in Austen’s own novels, it is a game of social ambition, family obligation and breathtaking, heart-stopping longing.
